You do NOT need to bring a Blue Book. 

Bring a calculator (a scientific calculator is acceptable).

Note: (1) you need to explain (= show the work for) your answers in order to get credit;
          (2) you are only allowed to have the exam and a calculator (if needed); 
                if you are caught with any extra material (e.g. extra sheets of paper) your exam
                will be immediately collected and you will get 0 points for this exam.
          (3) if you do not stop writing when told so at the end, a penalty of 10 points will be
                applied to your score.

• Reading from the textbook:
  - Chapter 2 (skip Section 2.4 on the pivotal mechanism and Section 2.7 on games with infinite
     strategy sets),  and
  - Chapter 3.

• Homework:  Homework 1 and 2.

 
• Practice problems:
All  the exercises in the relevant chapters (excluding the sections mentioned above) of the textbook.
