About Me
Welcome! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Economics Department at the University of California, Davis. My fields are International Trade, Economic Growth, Public Economics and Economic Development. My research attempts to answer questions regarding innovation and international technology transfer. Specifically, I am interested in understanding how firms transfer their technologies abroad and the policies that support innovation and technology diffusion. Prior to obtaining my Ph.D, I worked as an investment banker in public finance for 3 years and started a non-profit agency dedicated to sending school supplies to Africa. For my undergraduate, I attended Rice University in Houston, Texas.
